Hi!
Looking to set up a SSB sked with anyone from N. Dakota, Washington, and Oklahoma. #
I'm down to a few states and these seem to be elusive for me.
Thanks and 73,
Brad

Hi!
I'm at Ft. Sill, Oklahoma. I'm limited to a 1/4 20 meter vertical because of antenna restrictions on post, but I 've worked every state out East.
You tell me when.

Hi thanks! I just got OK the other night. I do appreciate the reply! Still looking for N. Dakota and Washington. I think the contest this weekend will help out.

Hey Brad,
I would love to do a QSO with you. I'm here in Washington State, just a few miles from Seattle.
I'm currently able to work 20 and 40 meters, and am usually open in the evenings (4:00pm and later Pacific time)
set a time/freq and I'll try and be there

Anthony, I've had an unexpected event come up and can't make the sked tonight. How about tomorrow night or the next?
My apologies.

I'm on 7.175 now. It's 20:05 EST. If it doesn't work out tonight, maybe we can try 20m on another day?
Thanks!

aye, I'm calling but it doesn't seem to be getting through on 7.175. According to the DX spots, it doesn't look like anything between the west and eastcosts is open. HOwever: 20 meters is wide open cross-country.
Want to try 14.23 USB?

hmm, ive just realized that there is a HUGE amount of RF getting back into the radio, which is causing audio splatter. I'll need to do some fiddling with the antenna/grounding to get it. Thank you for trying!
I'll see if I can fix this for the weekend or so.

Hello Brad,
I'm currently transitioning from a 20/40m attic dipole to an outdoor antenna w/tuner, so as soon as I get everything up I will give the sked another try http://www.qrz.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif This may be a day or two.

Good luck with the antenna install. I still haven't worked anyone in Washington, so if you end up getting everything straight, maybe we can try again.

Hello Brad,
I can work my 40m attic dipole now, but I am not able to try my 20m as it is still getting RF into my radio. If we can find a good time when the bands are open on 40m. What about this evening about 9:00 eastern time?

I hear you, however you're well below the noise floor, and its very weak. I have a feeling my signal is just as weak if not weaker.

Thursday afternoon I'm errecting an outdoor antenna, which will tromp my whimpy attic antenna. I want to make sure our next try has some good gain behind it. I will post when I have the antenna up/running.

Sounds great. Just let me know. I couldn't hear you the other night, but the static was pretty gnarly on 80 and 40. Thanks for not giving up and good luck on the new antenna!

Hello Brad,
I have finally installed my new, shiny antenna. It's a 80m inverted V with the middle 50ft up! This'll definitely give a much better signal than my itsy 40-meter 1-story attic dipole. http://www.qrz.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif
I'd love to try a sked with you. Let me know when a good time to try it is.
