These guys are everywhere. If they lose their car, the switch to a bicycle, ATV, or horse to get around. Yes, we have drunks falling off horses around here.
Then you have this fine addition to the gene pool in Colorado Springs:

What's amazing is that this doofus hasn't killed anyone.
He's been busted 28 times. Think how many times he's probably been DUI and NOT been caught!

Whats amazing is that he was still free to rack them all up. You'd think at some point he'd be doing some jail time. He must have pretty deep pockets to be able to pay all the fines too.
