Is there a low cost HM-75A mic replacement?

I am thinking of buying the Icom HM-75A speaker/mic.

Is there a lower cost speaker/mic that will work well and do the job?

I'm always trying to avoid overpriced OEM accessories when possible.

I will use it on a ICOM IC-91A/AD HT.
