Hello everyone,

I finally got my 10m mobile rig and antenna installed! http://www.qrz.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif (Only had the parts ready and on the to-do list for three months.) I installed a RatShack HTX-10 (25w) and a Hamstick... Although I haven't measured it yet, I should probably find out how close to 14 feet high the antenna tip is to avoid most bridge overpasses. I don't know how far my 25w rig can reach at this stage in the solar cycle, but the antenna won't be holding me back.

Commuting from Manassas (Prince William County, VA) to McLean (Fairfax County, VA) can be a long 20 miles.

I monitor the usual 28.400 plus 28.470 (a local gathering freq for this area).

Feel free to schedule something or call out for me on the air!

73,
Matt W4ETE
