Hello everyone,
Here is a quick question... Will ARRL's Logbook of the World software, writen for Fedora Core 3, work on Fedora Core 6? (Any known issues using it with FC6?)
Thank you in advance!

Hi Matt,
I am running FC6, but do not use LOTW. I am, however, willing to try the LOTW software for you if you don't get an answer from anyone else. Since I don't have an LOTW account, I may need some help from you to fully test it.
PM or email me sometime next week (I'm away from home right now) if you don't have an answer from someone else by then.

I'm a Mandriva/SUSE man, but try this site:
http://fedoraunity.org/news-ar....eleased (http://fedoraunity.org/news-archives/fedora-core-6-zod-live-spins-released)
Test the app out on a live-cd and see if it works or not.

Shouldn't have any problems. I don't run LOTW on any of my nix boxes so I can't say 100% but you really shouldn't have any problems with that.

I can't help you with Fedora stuff since I use Slackware, but I didn't have any trouble setting it up using the source tarball. If you can't get the RPM files to work you could always try installing from source.
