Major Warning about W4OUQ

Everybody needs to be aware of Tom Hall W4OUQ of Denton,Tx or Florida or wherever he is from. This guy bid on an item i had listed here and on Ebay and won and did not pay. As a result of this my Ebay account has been put on hold because of none payment of sellers fees. He gave me three different addresses and locations to ship to and never paid for the item . This is the worst kind of guy. I dont know what kind of games he is playing but i have my suspicions.

Not to diminish what the 'so called' buyer did by not following through on his obligation, but shouldn't your issue be with Ebay? Its not your fault so why did ebay suspend your account?

This isn't the first time Ebay has harassed the victim. It happened to me, and they offered no solution and no satisfaction.

eBay has been doing this for years. Read my eBay feedback from 8 years ago.. My user name is my callsign.

Ebay simply wants the easiest path to the money. Their "customer protection" is a joke (likewise with PayPal). I still use both services a lot because of the market coverage and convenience. If you have a problem with a buyer or seller, however, you're on your own. They will both take the shortest path to the money, regardless of right or wrong.

For some reason I just did a Google on my call and found this posting.
Sorry to inform you I am Tom Hall - N5DXL old call W4OUQ and sorry
to say I do not or have I ever had a eBay account.
I went to eBay and did a search of my call and even my old call and there
has never been a eBay account under those calls.
When this happened they should of emailed (the persons call)@arrl.net
and if this would of been done I would I've seen this much sooner.
So any way you've got me mixed up with someone play around or useing
another call, again it was not me. Any and all dealing I do on the internet
are with a dealer or eham only and never eBay.
