This is a company with a poor, poor, attitude when it comes to customer service. If I had only known about the string of complaints on E-Bay BEFORE I did business with these people (they operate under username "lidomounts"). Have a look at the parade of negative comments here...

lidomonts (http://feedback.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewFeedback&userid=lidomounts&iid=270096107267&ftab=FeedbackAsSeller&ssPageName=VIP:feedback:2:us)

My order never arrived and they told me they "forgot" to ship it. No apology, no attempt to make things right, nothing. Funny, but they didn't forget to charge me for the case they "forgot" to ship. It's almost a month later and I'm still waiting! You'll notice in the E-Bay comments that they have a long history of not shipping, shipping the wrong item, and ultimately not replying to requests for status.

In the rare case of a reply, this outfit takes poor customer service to the next level by responding with provoking comments and sarcasm. For a company that seems to be a tiny, one-man operation you would think customer service would be important. If they treat everyone like they treated me then they will be doomed to operating from the garage forever!

Give your money to someone who WANTS your business!

UPDATE... #I just received another E-Mail reply for Jim at dxercase. #This sheds a great deal of light on how he does business...

"The reason for the sarcasm is that we did take action to get the case when you needed it.

The margins are extremely low, which there is no way you would know...but that also adds in how humorous your taking your business elsewhere is.
Wow...we will probably lose a whole $5.00 bucks without you.

73's

Jim"

Does seem a bit odd that one response they have for a negative eBay feedback states that only one part is in box, yet for the same mount a few feedbacks later, they stated that "all parts were in box". Same mount. One is one part and another is multiple parts. Inconsistent.
