When I went through the set-up menu's, all the original material was still on file so I re-loaded it to the site. All returned to normal except the contact counter. I wish someone from QRZ comes on to tell me what went roung in the first place. de VE3LHG

Just go to your info and select, update your listing.
All your info are there just resave. Only the counter return at zero.

Same thing for me, no more bio, picture, counter=0.
How did I find out? I checked a few callsign this morning, half of them did not return any result. Somethings wrong here!
Then I saw the news that the QRZ server as been upgraded. I hope the admin knows about this...

I'm not sure that the 1 million+ hams in this database will perform a manual update. The admin should create a script to update this automatically.
