picture?

I recently downloaded a picture to the server and i believe it was within specs. I have not seen it posted.
Nor have i been told the condition of the situation. I even sent an email to ve6http://www.qrz.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/rock.gif with no reply. Can anyone help me with this?does it usually take a week?

I wrote the mentioned email 2 days ago with no response back so I dont know whether to email him again? I dont wanna trouble the guy I just want to know if it is recieved and within spec? Oh well
