Want to test an indoor random wire from Phoenix, AZ. Running 10W from IC703. And, will practice good, slow sending with a straight key. Let's keep it from six to ten words per minute!

FISTS frequency: 7058 kHz +/- QRM
Time: 0500z or later.

New Sked!

Let me try after 0600Z, again around 7058 kHz CW. The previous 0500Z was too early for me to get home from work.

Will also try to get on around 1400Z mornings, near 7058 kHz +/-.

Finally worked W7GH in Oregon around 0700z, so hope to work you soon!

Will be listening from Tucson using roof mounted long-wire to a SWL's DSW-II-40 QRP rig.

So far, got some nice slow code practice from hams in Texas, Oregon, Wisconsin and Washington. Have not worked Arizona or California, yet! Lots of local noise here, but the indoor dipole works well, and the QRP hasn't attracted any problems with the neighbors.

Still on the air nightly:

7058 kHz +/- QRM #0530Z or later.

Have an MFJ CW Keyboard, too, in addition to the J38 key.

Hope to work you soon!

Long Live Morse Code!
