new call problems

Changed my callsign to W4DLH. QRZ reflected the change but lost my picture and bio and lookup count. Only thing carried forward was email.

Tried to login with KG4GTQ but "not found". Tried to new register with new call W4DLH but was "in use". Re-registered with old call and OLD password so I could get to the forum.

Please change my userid to W4DLH keep same password, and restore my picture, bio and lookup count.

Photo and bio are back....Password is the same but all small case letters....... Logon is W4DLH

Yes it seems to the majority of the time although there have been exceptions.....
