Looking for Amateur Radio stations in or near the city of Kasanga in eastern Democratice Republic of the Congo (formerly Zaire) to assist communicating with American doctor attempting to provide medical services in that area. #Anyone knowing of stations in that area or elsewhere in the country that might be of help please contact me.

9Q1D, Gus, is the only active HAM that I know of, he's on mornings (my/his time) on 20m as well as sometimes evenings my time.

You may still have propagation that way late your night time/close to midnight I suspect.
