Wait a second... We had to shut down the SPS-49 within x miles of land and keep the SPY-1 on low power just for that reason. We could piss off all sorts-o-folks if we started blazin.

this is an old issue. How about some common sense here - either the DOD changes their billions of dollar systems or a few folks get new openers - hummmmmm
