I need DC, Maryland & Delaware. #I'd prefer CW on 30 meters (around 10.118)at a speed of no more than 10 wpm sometime the weekend of February 24 and February 25. #Can anyone out there help with a time? #Tnx, Ken

If you are looking for WAS, I believe Washington D.C. counts for Maryland.
