Just thought I would plug my website. Just wondering if people can test my website for me. I want to see how well my media streamer holds up under load. Stream will consist of the GB3PZ- repeater in Manchester, UK.

Design of website aint all that good. But thats set to change.

P.S. Is it legal to broadcast a repeater via an website? or do you need the repeaters keepers permission (which i have asked and got no reply from the repeater keeper).

Repeater Streams are where the same fish keep coming back to, and a Website is the location of a spiders new home. What does this have to do with computers and radios?

Richard,OM.....

Your site looks ok but all the stuff is dead (closed). Might work if it "worked".

Thankyou for the feed back.

One of the reasons the connection was closed was due to the server dying. The server is back up and running. However, the repeater that is being streamed, only gets used mainly at 8pm till 12am GMT. So most of the time, it will be dead.

I am currantly working towards a 800x600 version of the website. Compared to some websites I have seen where there are loads of non-related animated gifs taking up 70% of the screen and navigational menus that lack a sense of navigations, I and several other people thought it was ok.

The terms a "repeater" was used in the radio sense... or i would have posted it on a fishing site, Stream(s) is a term in computer to express a pre-recorded or live broadcast of either, voice, video or both. And to answer
So i put these together and it said Repeater stream.

Erm... not going answer this.

OM,

the webpage design looks good - don't listen to what the naysayers say. Haven't had a chance to see what the stream works like yet though.

Keep up the good work, and remember that most of the posts here will be negative.
