How do I search for all callsigns in one specific county?

If you're talking about amateur callsigns, it's hard to do. Mainly because the FCC doesn't require you to list your county when you put in your license application, so it's not in their database.
You can search by zipcode, and if there are only a few zipcodes of interest, that can work.
