The mod is simple. You will need 2 good quality RCA jacks which you will mount in the rear panel of the radio. Be careful drilling, mark the rear panel and turn the rig upside down so chips fall to your bench and not in the rig. Along the rear of the chassis is a gray coax cable that needs to be cut leaving it long enough to resolder to the 2 RCA jacks. Once you have completed the soldering stage, reassemble the rig. The process of opening and closing the radio takes longer than the actual mod.
