I have heard that there is a way to reset the radio,but i can not figure it out. Can anybody help me. Looked in owner manual but nothing there.

I don't know of any "reset" procedure for a 9130.
It only retains memory via the b+ line or a 9V battery.
What is your specific problem with it?

When turned off and turned on it wont change frequency at .5Mhz. It changed frequency like 146.200 to 146.500 to 146.800 and so on. Sometimes the digital read out wont light up. Transmits fine. What do you think?

Figured out problem. Memory battery had bad connection. Radio is working good. Thank you for you time. 73'S
