You know, this could all just be an attempt to boost sales of Office 2007, which would mean having to change your OS to Vista too. Not that there isn't a problem. It just seems strange that it's been there all along, since Office 2000 and NOW there's a problem??

Office 2K7 will run on XP Pro.
Ran just fine on one of out test machines but wrecked things when we tried to uninstall one of the apps or the entire suite.

Excel is such a bloated, memory-hungry monster I don't think a virus can make it any worse than it is.

I have Office 2007 on my machine and it's taking a little bit of getting used to because of the new formats within--especially in Word. I have to admit, though, Word now has some very cool new features.
