http://www.qrz.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/mad.gif BEWARE OF BUYING ANYTHING FROM MARTYN @ RADIO MART VIA EBAY . THIS GUY IS A RIPPOFF. I BOUGHT WHAT WAS TO BE A WORKING MN-2700 DRAKE ANTENNA TUNER, IT ENDED UP BEING A BURN JOB !!!!
REACTIVE CURCUIT BOARD IS ALL BURNT UP. NO WAY THIS UNIT WORKED, OR COULD HAVE BEEN TESTED. CLEARLY A BIG "MOOSE" JOB. I WILL LET ALL HAM SITES KNOW OF THIS GUYS DISHONESTY. WHAT ASHAME PEOPLE LIKE HIM ARE ALLOWED TO KEEP STEALING FROM PEOPLE VIA EBAY. JUST NOT RIGHT.
SHAME ON ME, I GUESS WHAT THE COMMENTS THEY SAY ABOUT HIM ARE TRUE. I JUST THOUGHT EVERYONE SHOULD GET A SECOND CHANCE. BUT I SEE THAT WAS A SECOND CHANCE TO BURN SOMEONE ELSE.
SORRY TO VENT, BUT I WORK HARD FOR MY MONEY, AS ALL OF YOU DO. JUST TIRED OF BEING SCAMMED BY THESE THIEVES.

Sorry to hear of your loss. I have seen his stuff on EBay all nice photos but many aren't receiving that stuff, but the broken stuff. I am amazed Ebay supports his postings on there.
I have heard a good many posts about his rip offs. I chose to avoid his auctions.

Ebay only cares about 2 things:
1) That the auction is completed, so they can collect thier cut.
2) That you use Paypal, so they get thier cut.
It will take many complaints to get rid of people. And the smart ones sell a bunch of small stuff to get positive feedback, then turn the screws on the bigger items. As long as the good feedback overwhelmingly dominates the bad, Ebay won't do much.

He won't allow me to bid on his auctions because I complained about some gear he was selling that he had lyed about in the description.
He was trying to sell an Antenna Tuner and claimed it was a "Collins Roller Coaster Tuner". I sent him pictures from a website where a guy had homebrewed that exact Tuner he was claiming was made by Collins.
There is so much Negative stuff about him , I also can NOT believe that he is still allowed on EBAY. If you paid with paypal, File a complaint and they will refund your money.
Is other name is "gottohaveitnow95" or something like that.

What I get a kick out of is when he post "This Item was my own personal rig"
If that was the case he owns 50 or 60 Yaesu FT757GXII's! He seems to post 2 or 3 of these per week.

Ebay is not about to suspend anyone who is making money for them. Check out all the high volume sellers and ebay stores that are selling blatantly illegal equipment. Ebay cares not as long as their sellers sell and they collect the fees.
Ebay rules and regulations are purely eyewash and the feedback system is sadly broken. Are you an ebay member with no negatives yet? Then just give a crook a deserved negative and see how fast you get a spite negative in retaliation. It's broken so badly that honest users are penalized for objecting to getting ripped off.
Martin or all of the other well known crooks (bargainland comes to mind) will continue to sell on ebay and prey on the unsuspecting. Beware.

Maybe I could file a complaint with the FCC and get his License revoked for being a Liar and a Crook !
Why doesn't Ebay ban him ??

This kind of chicanery is by no means limited to eBay. I know of at least one supposedly 'reputable' individual who will severely mis-represent anything offered for sale...and will bilk you out of a goodly amount for shipping to boot.
