WTB: NC -15 charger Yaesu

Hi I am looking for a NC-15 base charger for a Yaesu ft 727r that was given to me. The HT has the FNB-4a battery that will only charge with the NC-15 base charger. I don't even know if the battery is good, but don't have any means to test it. Please let me know if you have a charger that you would be willing to part with, and maybe a known good battery.
