This item is being circulated on EBay through hacked accounts. It is someone trying to avoid ebay fees by producing a email address to contact the "seller" for the buy it now price. Its been reported but if you see simmler ads on ebay please report it.
This person of course is using a yahoo.com email address.
I thought I was getting a good deal but your not. They probally want 1000's of bucks for it
Or it's stolen or what not.
SO BE CAREFUL
Did you report the item to eBay ? I had problems viewing it on my browser but if you are sure that there is something fishy report it to them.
Looks like the item has been removed.

Be wary of such things.
Some e-mails supposedly sent through eBay want a seller to "sell it now," apparently trying to avoid the eBay fee, but the e-mails are not really from eBay, and are phishing attempts to either get crucial bank account numbers and other ID, or just to harvest e-mail addresses for future SPAM lists. The e-mails look legit; but responding to the "report abuse to eBay" link only gets you deeper into trouble.

I bought everything in my shack on ebay. Not a problem at all. Sold some stuff without any hassles. Just be careful. I watch the feedback of sellers and how long they were on ebay. I am sure there are rip-offs everywhere. Shameful. 73 God Bless America.

that's because you're clicking on links you got in your email. as long as email isn't signed in a real way you won't be able to trust the contents of any email message.

I get on e-bay and look up ts kenwood about once a week - seems I always find the same picture listed 20 times of a nice ts-940 the same story and the same pic. every time. #I report it! who ever it is hijacks other peoples accounts (probably the result of phishing) the one yesterday had over 3000 in feedback - so feedback alone is not enough! #Look - if people are not bidding there is probably a reason. #Every time you see a weird listing like a icom 7000 for 25 bucks and its got 2 days left, it's a sham.

I have gotten several E-Mails, supposedly from PayPal saying that my "account has been suspended". Then I am supposed to click on a link in the E-Mail to verify my account, etc. Then, if I don't do that, "my account will be permanently closed".
Any time you get a notice such as this, it is NOT from PayPal, or E-Bay or any of those kinds of sites. It is PHISHING ! ! !
Don't click on the links, but go directly to your account ( it will be open, surprise ! ) and forward the bogus E-Mail to the "spoof@XXXX" address found there. This will get the information to the right people, and hopefully they will be able to do something about it.

I have received several of these myself, it is unfortunate that some people fall for this old trick. They forget that eBay and PayPal state that they will never send you any type of email asking for credit card, password, or any other type of information that would allow access to your account or credit card.
