All hams and people in general should take the care that this stand up gentleman did to package and ship the item I purchased. I won't elaborate too much, because I'm not certain if this sell was a one time thing, or if he does it often, but the item I purchased from him, a soldering station, (as used and refurbished) looks brand spanking new and came with extras to boot.
