A friend is employed as a fire spotting pilot in Australia.
Last week during a routine fly past, a hot spot was noticed on the thermal imaging display and it was moving slowly in timbered terrain. Waypoint the position and send in the ground guys to investigate. When the forest guys arrive at the location they find a guy sunbaking in the nude along side his vehicle. Just then our pilot does a fly past with a comment over the radio for all to hear. "Cannot be the fire bug he's got nowhere to hid the matches". We are still laughing.
