I was thinking an "isolep" was a newfangled antenna.. You know, like a cross between an isotron (a small space antenna) and a 'zep (A big space antenna). Like maybe a car you park on your balcony, and string some wire through the windows, creating some, err... uhhh.. flux capacitance, yeah that's it..

It's a new type of antenna. You put 1000 watts in and the antenna gives you 1 watt out. Very low SWR, so no one knows where the other 999 watts went.
