Hey, k1man's list is on people who publicly stood against his nonsense on the site. They are good folks. The list to cross check is those who like him.

I believe he is expressing the desire of some on this forum to take the listings of the ULS and filter them to create a list of any and all amateur calls that were upgraded from Technician to a higher class #after the latest Report and Order takes effect. Those amateurs would be eliminated from the pool of amateurs that would be considered "worthy" of the benefit of a contact.
