Ok I have more Important things to worry about then the FCC droping the cw requirement. Or the bashing of people on this site. I have been Guilty of it in the past I hope not in the future, Some of the Things I feel that are posted here are plain childish and a waste of time again guilty as charged.
So with that said May all here have A Merry Christmas and a Happy New year. And if you don't Celibrate Christmas Sorry if it offended anyone. But as for me Its my Christian Holiday stolen from the Pagan Romans.
73 to everyone.

Merry Christmas right back!
Nothing wrong with celebrating Jesus' birthday, no matter when it was, even if you don't believe in salvation. #He was a great man and we have a holiday about Him. #I don't understand why anyone would be offended by being wished a Merry Christmas.

Although I am an Atheist of Jewish heritage...I owe a lot to the Christmas holidays. When I was very Young I actually believed in Santa...and as I grew older I kept getting gifts even when I became aware that there were too many Santas and thus less probability that any specific one could be the real one.
I enjoyed this holiday because there was no school...and when I starting working I realized that being in business for myself would be a bad thing because I would have to work on Christmas...Also I had to work on Christmas when I was an avionics tech...BUT I preferred jobs where there was no work on Christmas and I was free to enjoy the holiday. So why should I knock Christmas?http://www.qrz.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/rock.gif It has been good to me for many years. I think that I too have somehow received and sent the spirit of American Christmas..if you guys can believe that. I dunno if it is the Pagan in me that enjoys the weather during the winter solstice in New York....but somehow I wouldn't like to live permanently in Australia where the weather is quite reversed. You can't even dream of a white Christmas there. I hope global warming never prevents a white Christmas here...even if it reduces the sale of snow shovels the rest of the winter.
MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL OF YOU GUYS AND ALL OF YOUR FAMILIES.
PEACE ON EARTH AND IN SOLAR SPACE.

I have no reservations abt Xmas, even though I lived on one for 17yrs.On doing some research abt early births ,ther was a little known article I read in some archealogicol book, that it was thought he was born somewhere in sept, they didnt have a month called sept at the time ,but the Catholic church is notorious for changeing the facts to fit the crime.I look at the world from an educated mind from history and on a good day I thank God for my 22yrs of sobriety,ON a bad day religion is the opiate of the masses (chairman mao)or God is for people who cant handle reality,And on my very good days I remember that we all have free will and that man is gonna use that free will to make the unbelievers believe in his free will of religion or what ever is leakin from a feverd brain distilled from centuries of war a nd violence ,then we die and then God will ask us"Did you have fun?"and" How did you treat my children?" "Do you wanna try again?May be this time you'll get it right."

I think you have it wrong. It's the other way around.
At any rate, have a happy, non-denominational winter holiday!
Trix are for kids. So's Christmas.
