The U.S. Justice Department said Wednesday it is paying $2 million and apologizing to an Oregon lawyer wrongly accused of being involved with the 2004 train bombings in Madrid, Spain.

The government will get rid of all of the surveillance materials....SURE they will!

The government gets rid of NOTHING. This guy and his family are now an open book to anyone with the means of getting to the material. And Uncle Sam NEVER forgets, especially if you tick him off!
