The Leonids peak in about 3 hours. If you're into meteor scatter at all, you no doubt have Ping Jockey Central (http://www.pingjockey.net/cgi-bin/pingtalk) in your bookmarks. Unfortunately, the surge in traffic has brought the site down at the worst possible time!
Fortunately, there are some alternatives:
HSMS Rocks Live (http://dxworld.com/hsms.html)
VHF Online Scheduler (http://vhftalk.aa1yn.com/)
And probably others.
For those out of the loop, grab WSJT (http://pulsar.princeton.edu/~joe/K1JT/), fire up your favorite 6 or 2 meter SSB rig, and see what you can work! Though a kilowatt and an EME stack are helpful, during a major shower like this you can make contacts with 50 watts and a vertical or loop.
