Sent Bud Kelley AD4BG a Money Order for a FT-890. I was originally told to mail it too his qrz address. After I sent MO, he said he made a mistake and the address was his old one. Stopped payment on MO, but when I received it back it was already cashed by him. Emails rejected and phone calls not answered. Never received Radio or Refund.
Lessons Learned.
Never mail to a PO Box. Always use a Postal Money Order.
