Too bad he didn't shoot himself during that Bronco ride.

Otto Penzler: "If I were betting, I would say the book won't sell," he said. "I think people are so disgusted with this guy that they're having the same feeling I do."

Mr. Penzler is more than likely in store for a rude awakening. People today have an unquenchable thirst for the extreme and bizarre, no matter how distasteful it might be.

And it's too bad.
The only saving grace in this fiasco is that the proceeds "should" go to the victim's family's. That POS still has a $30M judgement against him for "wrongful death".

I hope he dedicates the book to Johnny Cockroach. He saved OJ's butt big time.

I guess the statue of limitations has run out on this case. Since he has already had a trial and found innocent and can't be tried again maybe he is fessing up ?

Just when you think you've seen it all...

Something like this comes up and proves yet again that our hunger for garbage continues unabated.

it will not sell

am surprised that a publisher
would take this chance

if O.J. wrote it even Max Perkins could not save it
so it has to be realy writen by somebody else

O. J. is old news
the world has passed him by

you can not give away books
having anything to do with the crime or trial
or biographys on people involved

free copys will be sent out for review
it will get bum reviews

O.J. no longer has a fan base
what few fans he may still have
do not or can not read

still in the stacks

read or die i need the cash

It will be a top seller because of the reality tv mentality http://www.qrz.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif

I personally wouldn't mind if it didn't, and all of this reality TV went away, but it continues unabated.

Hes only doing this for the money, nothing more. I think Ron Goldman needs to get back in court and get his civil order reaffirmed. I don't see how OJ can make any money and not have it tapped. I know if Joe Schmoe had such an order, 90% of his paycheck would be gone before he even got it.

That would be quite a trick. I'd pay to see that.

Maybe you mean Fred Goldman? http://www.qrz.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/tounge.gif

Let's see here.....If he did it he would have led the police on a chase in his Bronco.

If he did it he would have denied it emphatically and lied on the stand to save his bacon.

If he did it he would have vowed to find the real killers if found not guilty.

Hmmm, I wonder if he did it. http://www.qrz.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/laugh.gif

Don't worry, OJ is still looking for the real killer.

No fooling? People have dedicated a book to dead people before. Johnny Coackroach saved his sad, guilty, butt and ought to get the postumous credit for Judge Ito's stupidity.

But I thought that the glove didn't fit. http://www.qrz.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/tounge.gif http://www.qrz.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/tounge.gif

If I did it, I would plant a glove that was 2 sizes too small.

No, actually I was being very sarcastic http://www.qrz.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif

Because you and I both know that the odds of them getting any money are the same as the odds of what I stated happening http://www.qrz.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif

And it's no mistake that Fox has picked up the TV special.

According to a news story on WINS News Radio. They have reported that Fox is saying the Special and the Book have both been cancelled.

That would be double jeopardy - you can be tried for the same crime twice.

Statute of limitations is when time runs out on a crime - there is no SOL for murder.

Yup, the whole thing's canceled, and good riddance.

I would have liked to have read at least parts of it (but keep reading), and I'm approximately certain that it would have provided a gold mine of illustrations on how a person talks when s/he is lying. It would have been useful because I'm a private investigator, and the ability to know when I'm being lied to is an important skill. Therefore, I do have a professional interest.

BUT would I have bought a copy, or watched the TV program?

NOT IN A MILLION YEARS.

Provided he can somehow legally wrangle it, the book will eventually come out. Probably to little fanfare.

But his ego is so big, if there is ANY legal way he can get it published, he will.

Not that I'll buy it or care, but it was already up to #20 on Amazon before they pulled it, and he knows this. If there is a way, it will eventually hit the presses.
