Insomniac Zombie Bears are roaming the forests of southwestern Siberia...

Alright they're not really Zombies but they are up and not hibernating now when they should be. In fact, frigid Siberia is enjoying, what can best be described as, Spring? Flowers are blooming for a second time this year and buds are on the trees. They may end up with a tropical Christmas.

Too bad the politicians couldn't end up there also. Of course the bears would starve...I mean after they scare the crap out of the politicians and run the wind out of then chasing them the only thing left would be empty promises and a campaign button.
Not enough to keep a hungry bear going, but "hey" we all have our problems

FROM : The Department of Fish and Game

Department of Fish and Game is advising hikers, hunters, and
fishermen to take extra precautions and keep alert of bears while in
the field.

We advise that outdoorsmen wear noisy little bells on their
clothing so as not to startle bears that aren't expecting them.

We also advise outdoorsmen to carry pepper spray with them in
case of an encounter with a bear. It is also a good idea to watch
out for fresh signs of bear activity.

Outdoorsmen should recognize the difference between black bear
poop and grizzly bear poop:

Black bear poop is smaller and contains lots of berries, acorns and
squirrel fur.

Grizzly bear poop has little bells in it and smells like pepper.spray.
