Icom service deprtment

Hi all,

Two nuts and washers and Icom service doesn't have any? What do they do if a tech loses one while working on someones rig?

Are they so minute that you can't get them from a local electronics or hardware store? Or, are you wanting to stay brand and model specific?

Just curious since this might be an option and also why I ask.
