Please help me to update my info!

Hello everybody, I have the following problem: I'd like to update the information regarding my signal 'cx2fk'; but because I'm not the original owner of it (the person who originally registered have died), I can't do it.I have aquired the rights to use that signal (I'm legally registered with the official regulatory entity in Uruguay); but obviously I don't have the login / password of the old owner of 'cx2fk'; and I can't obtain this because the man has died. Is there any way to prove that I'm in legal rights to use 'cx2fk' and update my info http://www.qrz.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/rock.gif
