D-STAR Training Seminar Coming to Alabama
A D-STAR seminar will be hosted in Huntsville Alabama on October 21st where amateurs from across the Nation will gain a greater understanding of D-STAR digital technology. Attendees will get their hands on radio, repeater and internet gateway configuration and operation. Review of Nation wide D-STAR systems, user perspectives, gateway server certification training, certification test, applications and advanced topics. Actual repeater hardware, radios and the 10g RF link will be onsite. Instructors have been assembled from the Texas Interconnect Team, ICOM and local amateurs.
