The last place in the world that any normal intelligent person would go to for truth about anything is the "EIB" / Rush Limbaugh show.

As much as I would LOVE the opportunity to bash Clinton, old Rush needs to go a little farther back in his research.
Fact is, the terrorism threat has been growing for quite a long time -- back in the 70's. Our inaction in virtually every administration eventually led us to 911.

I think that President Theodore Roosevelt who served 1901-1909 is to blame for 9/11. He was president when those Wright brothers flew the first airplane. If he had only acted then, he could have banned airplanes and 9/11 would have never occurred. By the way, he was a Republican.

Some funny stuff though, can't say it's not entertaining. Completely biased and ridiculous, but entertaining.
I'm sure you could come up with about a zillion more sources for information on President Clinton better than this. I personally would blame the last four administrations for much of the mess, no partisan ranting required.
