I run an icom IC746 into a butternut vertical mounted at ground level. I feed it with an alinco 15 volt/40 amp adjustable DC supply (wanna discuss overkill?) I have a copper j pole up 30 feet for 2 meters. That is my dads rig^^^.
Mobile is an icom IC2100 with a magnetic car-roof mount 1/2 wave 2m antenna.
I also have a TenTec 1253 kit shortwave reciever.
Whishlist? 1500 watt linear amp. Still trying to convince my dad (also general class) that we need one...

I've noticed over this last few evenings and during the CQ WW contest that 20m has started closing quite early to Europe and N.America...so we are into the period of silence, but around this time for the last few years it has been quite a good time for VHF/UHF Tropo
