Passed my license upgrade :D

This weekend I sat my theory and regulations with a few other fellow F calls for a license upgrade, although they were going for standard.

We all passed regulations, I passed my advanced theory and another F call passed his standard theory.

Within 1 month or so I should have my new three :P letter callsign, all the bands allowed and a nice power limit.

This is great to read about, I love hearing when young people advance in amateur radio and decide to explore different aspects of the hobby. Now I am going to plug WWYC here, if you get interested in contesting come check us out (www.wwyc.net).

I am also going to plug QRZ.com here and say that I hope to hear from more young hams on your youth forum. I know QRZ.com members are putting together a handbook and if any young hams have anything to contribute I am sure they would love that.
