Looking for Yaesu FT-201 accessories

I'm after an FV201 remote VFO and XF90B, XF90C (AM, CW) filters for the Yaesu FT-201. (There weren't many of these rigs sold in the U.S., but from what I understand quite a few made it to our European contemporaries.)
