The first paragraph says it all "do nothing congress" and persuade voters to re-elect these no good republicans, not in a Chinamans chance!

"Many Republicans are scared, and they should be." darn tooting they are, time to kick their arse to the curb...

More likely they're trying to ram something through before they get the bums rush. That and keep Dems from campaigning so that the truth doesn't cost them all those seats. :0

I don't think they'll lose many seats, if any.

The Republicans have done a phenomenal job of unleashing propaganda that while they may not be perfect, electing a Democrat is as close as you can get to beastiality without breaking into the zoo after midnight.

Hyperbole aside; the truth is that the Republicans have a much better PR and marketing firm. It's going to take a lot more before the moderate Republicans flee. They're grumbling and complaining, but they'll still vote party lines.

There's a reason Rush says "stay the course".

My family, friends and neighbors are voting democrat in November, why? I don't think I have to explain that...

Rush, that's a joke, you are going to take the word of a babbling idiot junky, some people are stuck on stupid, give me liberty and a democrat...

Unfortunately, the Democrats are a political party in search of something that might hint that they actually have a national program, some goals, or that their members can even stop fighting amongst themselves. Take a look at what they're doing in Connecticut. No one is winning any prizes for the Democrats there and the seat will go to Repub in the upcoming "Silly Season" for sure. Frankly, the Republican propaganda just has to reinforce the Dem's own efforts in shooting themselves in the foot. Their own national website is dedicated to vague and undefined program, whining and fingerpointing but offering nothing to the voters. Wheres the beef (platform) and who is the chef (credible candidate) for the future feast? I may not agree with Dubbya's policies or programs,(certainly not the needless sacrifice of our men and women in uniform), but at least I have an idea what he's doing. My own party is floating in a rowboat without oars, rudder, sails, or a sailing master. In short, the Democrats are all at sea. sailing aimlessly, and fighting in the boat. The republicans don't have to win - just let the demcrats continue to defeat themselves.
