"Canada, please do not attack our national capital.We do not want Washington state to attack you, but they refuse to obey federal law about sovernty.

Not very likly, is it? But it is happening in the middle east right now. Tell me, would anyone claim that Canada was being overly aggressive?

Canada is a very good neighbor. We support their economy and they bail our ass out ever so often. They help lower the cost of some American goods and services without compromising too much "American-ness." We've given Canada and Canadians special status. They're welcome more so than people from most other countries.

Compare that to Israel vs the Arab world. The Arab world doesn't want Israel to exist. Israel doesn't want the Arab world to gain any weapons of mass destruction, while concealing its own weapons program.

Somewhere in your "account", I missed the part where Greenlanders were infiltrating Canada with monitary support from Iceland and explained how these guerillas were congregating in Quebec, lobing missiles into the States from time to time.
