Mexico's top electoral court on Saturday rejected a ballot-by-ballot recount in the disputed presidential election, angering supporters of leftist candidate Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador who have kept the nation in turmoil for weeks.

You mean to say the Democratic party is in Mexico registering their illiterates to vote, again !! How do you make an "X" in spanish ??
Do chads hang around in the same manner that they do North of the border.
Since Mexican citizens come across the border to vote in our elections ,how about some of the Cubans in Flordia going to Mexico to vote ??
