update profile

For years have tried to update my profile.
The present email address is old history.
I can log in o.k. but when I attempt to edit the profile
it says there is another user.

What can I do?

First, what is ur call?? That should be your logon and will save a lot of grief. Advise me of ur call and I will make some changes so you can post, edit, etc without headaches...

I will like to update my profile and when I try to make the change it says that I am not authorize to make changes to my profile because I am not registered in the database.

I do not understand why I am not registered because it was about two weeks ago I became registered in the database.

I will greatly appreciate your assistance.
